Nettle and ginger root form a nourishing, energizing base that supports vitality and circulation. Tulsi brings grounded clarity and nervous system balance, while cinnamon and clove add deep warming spice that activates and centers the body. Orange peel offers bright, uplifting energy, and a touch of hibiscus lends a subtle tartness and red hue—symbolizing vitality, strength, and life force.

This is a tea for initiation, movement, creative action, and reclaiming your momentum when you feel stagnant or unfocused.

Ingredients:

Nettle, ginger root, tulsi, orange peel, cinnamon bark, clove, hibiscus

Brewing Instructions:

Use 1–2 teaspoons per 8 oz of hot water. Steep covered for 8–10 minutes. Enjoy warm, especially in the morning or before intentional action, movement, or focused work.
