Chamomile and lemon balm create a calming herbal base that soothes tension and encourages relaxation. Lavender brings a soft floral stillness that supports rest and nervous system ease, while mugwort adds an earthy, mystical quality traditionally associated with dreamwork and intuitive awareness. Blue lotus lends a subtle, ethereal depth to the blend, encouraging presence, softness, and a dreamlike sense of calm.

This is a tea for nighttime ritual, meditation, dream preparation, quiet reflection, and moments when you need to step away from noise and return inward.

Ingredients:

Chamomile, lemon balm, lavender, mugwort, blue lotus

Brewing Instructions:

Use 1–2 teaspoons per 8 oz of hot water. Steep covered for 8–10 minutes. Enjoy in the evening as part of your wind-down ritual or before sleep. Optional additions: honey or vanilla for added softness.
